01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the brown sugar has dissolved.
02 - Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the oats to soften and fully absorb the liquid, creating a creamy, pudding-like texture.
03 - In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture appears too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
04 - Divide the overnight oats evenly between two bowls or jars. Top with fresh fruit, chopped nuts, and seeds as desired. Serve chilled.
