# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The spicy mayo creates this incredible creaminess that tames the heat just right
  • You can get everything on the table in under 30 minutes with ingredients you probably already have
02 -
  • The beef mixture keeps beautifully in the fridge for 3 days and somehow tastes even better as leftovers
  • If your spicy mayo seems too thick at first, add literally one drop of water at a time until it's drizzle able
03 -
  • Toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2 minutes first, it transforms their flavor from nutty to deeply aromatic
  • Let the beef mixture rest for 5 minutes off the heat before serving, this helps all those flavors meld together properly
