01 - Place vanilla ice cream, whole milk, mint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring into blender canister.
02 - Process mixture on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds.
03 - Taste blended shake and add additional mint extract in 1/8 teaspoon increments if stronger mint flavor desired.
04 - Divide evenly between two chilled glasses, filling to approximately 1/2 inch from rim.
05 - Top each serving with whipped cream, one maraschino cherry, and green sprinkles if using.
06 - Provide straws and serve while cold for optimal texture and flavor.
